WHY BEING A SPONSOR FOR AROMADAYS ?
Aromadays 2020 is the event dedicated to essential oils. In addition to the scientific themes, the presence of recognized experts, the conference format and delegates expected, the congress communication is a crucial element to give partners - sponsors a real visibility.
VISIBILITY ON COMMUNICATION MEDIUM
Before the meeting
During the promotion of Aromadays 2020, sponsors will be present on each e-mailing and each web page dedicated to the event. Specific communication on a sponsor, which mentions its presence at the event is also possible under certain conditions.
During the meeting
Depending on the level of sponsorship, each sponsor’s visibility is ensured through :
• the presence of logos on the meeting proceedings,
• the distribution of flyers or brochures in the attendees’ pouches,
• the POS advertising supports which can be seen during lunch and coffee breaks, as well as at the reception desk.
We also propose other opportunities to highlight sponsor logos on the items given to the attendees (pouch, badge, note pad, pens, etc.).
